HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Once you have placed your order, you can trust that we have your item/s in our well organised production line. Every item is handmade to order by Lauren (Mrs GBWR); and in busy periods this can mean waiting a little longer.

If you have chosen black or gold legs these are hand sprayed by Gary (Mr GBWR); his attention to detail means they will not be passed for use until the finish is perfect and the lacquer has fully hardened.

This is why we give an estimation of up to 8 weeks lead time. This allows us plenty of time to get your product perfect. Feedback from our customers is always “it was so worth the wait”.

If you have chosen chrome legs the estimation is up to 4 weeks.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Once your order has been packaged and collected, you will receive tracking information directly from us and Royal Mail. We always use 48H tracked unless you request otherwise.

HOW LONG WILL MY WRIST REST LAST?

All our rests are made with the best quality products. High grade memory foam, marine grade vinyl and chrome plated alloy legs. We have been making wrist rests for 4+ years and over this time we have worked hard to always improve and source the best for you.

If you look after your rest and keep acetone away, it will last you years. Some of our customers are still on their first GBWR 4 years later. This really is an investment.

HOW DO I CLEAN & sanitise MY WRIST REST?

To keep your rest in the best condition, please use warm soapy (fairy liquid) water to clean. You can sanitise your rest with the original Dettol spray and wipes. For any stubborn marks you can use a small amount of CIF cleaner, just be sure to clean that off thoroughly and use light pressure. Use a soft clean towel to dry the vinyl and polish the legs to that high shine!

The sucker feet will eventually build up nail dust over time. To keep them working well please use fairy liquid to remove the dust on a regular basis.
